Jamaican Stone aims to deliver fast (all orders are processed and sent the same day!) and discreet shipping. As soon as your order is successfully posted on our data, you will be sent an email to confirm on your order and 13-digit reference number to be able to track your order. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging, with no information other then your name and address.

You can track your order online through the Royal Mail web site using the 13-digit reference number you will receive together with your confirmation email, or you can Click here to track and trace your item with your 13-digit reference number.

Unavailability during delivery
Your signature is required upon item delivery, but if you are unavailable, our postman will leave a calling card that contains all the information needed as to where you can pick up your package. During this time, We can no longer assist with the redelivery of your item, as it has now become your responsibility for collection thereafter. You can have it delivered againg either by arranging re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person from your depot. (This applies to all items sent by Recorded or Special delivery, any queries please contact Royal Mail on 084577 407 40). For our international clients, you will need to contact your local postal service when such problem arise.

Failure to pick up
If your item has not been collected from your local postal depot or you have failed to collect it in the given time period, your item will be returned back to us. We will notify you if this has happened and try to re-arrange postage. Please note an additional postage charge will be incurred if the item is returned back to us more then once.

International Clients
Overseas delivery is sent via Royal Mail International or Royal Mail Airsure. Delivery may arrive within 5-8 working days, but can take for as long as 10 days. Once your item has arrived in its designated country, the country’s postal service will handle the delivery from there on. Depending on your postal service, you may also track your package. Please contact us right away, but only if, your item has not arrived after 10 working days.

International Shipping Restrictions
It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import our products from the U. K. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such items or because such items are banned in your country, you will receive a refund on you credit card for the purchased item only.

Placement and Postage of Orders
Orders placed before 4pm from Monday -Thursday are aimed to be processed for postage the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders made after 4pm or on the weekend will be shipped on the following working day. If after 4 days your order has not arrived, please contact us. International orders can take up to 10 days to arrive, please allow up until this time before contacting us.

Product Return Policies
For any reason should you wish to return your item, you have 7 days upon receiving the item to return your order. Please contact our Customer Service specialist at info@jamaicanstone.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in returning your order. In your email, please include your name, order number, email, contact phone number, and the reason you want to return the item.

You may return any item shipped by Jamaican Stone Adult Store for a full credit or refund minus the postage fee under any of the following circumstances:

- Item is new and unopened complete with its original packaging and accessories, and seals have not been removed.
- Item was received damaged (Please note that the Jamaican Stone can sometimes break during delivery process, however, this has no effect to the product in any way)
- Incorrect item was shipped

We regret to inform you but we do not accept returns of opened item or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. More so, products cannot be returned if the reason is that you do not like the product. To avoid such problems, please explore our range of samples before ordering
